Massive congratulations for Ronnie, winner of the ICME Best Apprentice 2025 Award at the ICME National Awards held on Saturday the 21st June 2025, at the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire.
Ronnie joined Omega Sinto straight from school as an apprentice, driven by a passion for engineering and a hands-on approach to problem solving. While studying at college, he developed strong skills in CAD and electrical systems, applying them to deliver meaningful improvements, including the introduction of standardised stamp plates and the reprogramming of machinery for greater efficiency. These innovations, coupled with his proactive attitude, led to a well-earned promotion within Omega, to Bay Leader.
Now in his fourth year, Ronnie continues to thrive.
Ronnie’s journey so far is a remarkable example of talent, hard work, and the opportunities that apprenticeship pathways can offer. Omega Sinto is proud to be part of Ronnie’s journey.
